Georgina Hickey, President
Georgina Hickey researches, teaches, and lives the history of women and feminism. She has spent the last 20 years engaged in social activism, particularly the unique form of activism that is college teaching, and is in the process of raising two outspoken, feminist children.
Anna Vockel, Vice President
Anna Vockel graduated from Finlandia University with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been a Registered Nurse for 11 years, working in the field of Cardiology.
Shannon Basalla, Communications Coordinator
Shannon Basalla graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BFA in Graphic Design. She aims to use art and design as a tool to promote social change
Dr. Cheryl Farmer, Recorder
Dr. Farmer has always been interested in helping her community. She served on two Ypsilanti City Charter Commissions (1993, 2010) and as the Mayor of Ypsilanti from 1995-2006.
Margo Czinski ,Treasurer
Margo Czinski is a retired English as a Second Language teacher and most recently served as our recorder
